It's time again for the Blogger's Quilt Festival. It is so inspiring looking at all of the beautiful creations that so many have made. I couldn't resist entering my little quilt that I made for the Table Topper Blog Hop. My favorite was the one I made with the little hand prints to represent my 8 grandchildren.
Please forgive the quality of the photo. The actual quilt is in storage and can't be unearthed right now.

The story behind the little hands is...well...I'm a nurse and was at an assisted facility seeing patients one day and as usual was pondering what I was going to make for my table topper blog hop quilt when I spied a cute little foam hand on the top of a door. It was there to remind the staff to always wash their hands. I loved the shape and everything about it so I pulled it off the door and traced it. When I got home I made this little quilt. I placed a name right next to each hand. I would have loved to use the actual hand prints but the grand kids are spread out several hundred miles so I improvised.
I hope everyone has a great time looking at all of the beautiful inspiration that the Bloggers Quilt Festival has to offer. Click HERE to see it all.
As always thanks for stopping by I love each and every comment you give me and look forward to hearing from you all again.
