Thirty six blocks, one hundred seventy six flying geese, one fat quarter bundle ( birch bark lodge by Holly Taylor), a wonderful morning at the quilt shop and tada it's done! I couldn't stand it I had to give it to my sweetheart, my heart throb, my bff a few days ago. He loves it. Thanks Kelly for hosting this quilt along it has been a challenging and rewarding experience. Can't wait to start another one!

ReplyDeleteYour quilt is stunning. I am going to have to take a close look @ the Birch Bark fabric line. I think it would be a great fit for my son. Did you use any yardage or where you able to complete the quilt with just the bundle (obviously you had a solid for the back ground) Anyhow, it is wonderful, thanks for sharing with us in blog land.
